A therapy for living from your essence

Spiritual Integrative Therapy

Spiritual Integrative Therapy is a space that does not limit itself to treating symptoms, the mind, or behavior. Instead, it views the person as an interconnected map in which the body, emotions, mind, and soul form an inseparable Being.

It recognizes that emptiness or personal crises are not flaws that must be forcibly repaired, but rather calls from your soul inviting you to begin a transformation.

Thus, while traditional therapy helps you understand why your blocks exist, the spiritual integrative perspective offers a safe space to discover what they are here for and how to transform them into growth and evolution.

SIT includes neither dogma nor religion. It is a form of guidance and healing that frees you from the constant need to be someone. It gently dissolves the image you formed of yourself when you identified with your thoughts, emotions, actions, and circumstances, offering you a path of self-discovery that allows you to live with an open heart, at peace with the past, and in deep communion with the present.

Using the metaphor of a tree, therapy can work on different layers, from the roots to the fruits:

  • 1-raices

Limiting beliefs and reactive patterns: not feeling good enough; the need for approval; fear of abandonment; the need for control; not feeling safe...

  • 2-tronco

Events, experiences, and life circumstances: family conflicts, bullying, trauma, accidents, experiences of rejection, abandonment...
    * We often believe that our patterns and beliefs originate in childhood. Yet, at a deeper level, our soul arrives in this world already carrying the imprint of past lives. For this reason, the soul chooses the parents, events, and circumstances that will shape it, with the sole purpose of transmuting and transcending those patterns.

  • 3-ramas

Emotions and feelings: sadness, insecurity, jealousy, loneliness, nervousness, distrust, anger, helplessness, fear, guilt...

  • 4-hojas

Symptoms: existential (lack of meaning, disconnection from the divine, spiritual crisis...), physical (pain, exhaustion, illness...), relational (family or relationship difficulties, distrust, loneliness...), professional (unemployment, workplace harassment, lack of purpose...), financial (scarcity, debt, monetary loss...).

  • 5-frutos

Gifts: what you offer to the world. Your life is not only about receiving (satisfaction, love, attention...), but also about giving to others the gifts you came into this world to offer.

A therapy for wholehearted living

The reasons why someone seeks therapy are as vast as the universe itself. Spiritual Integrative Therapy not only addresses all the concerns typically explored in conventional therapy, but also works with more specific experiences:

Dark Night of the Soul:

If I ask you what color the sky is, the first answer that will probably come to mind is "blue." And of course, that answer is correct, but incomplete. ...

Forgiveness

Not as a religious commandment, but as the only path to detoxifying yourself from resentment, anger, guilt, and hatred, whether directed towards others or ...

The Wounded Healer

This universal archetype is very common among old souls. An old soul often faces significant family, school, or health-related challenges from childhood ...

End-of-life Guidance

Death is the only certainty in life. Yet many people spend their lives turning their backs on it, as though by refusing to look at it, it might cease to exist or ...

Feeling Like You Don't Belong in This World

If you live in this world but do not feel part of it, you are not alone. Millions of people are highly sensitive (HSP), empaths, or neurodivergent ...

Sacred Sexuality

I like to think that the word “sex” is an acronym for “Sacred Energy eXchange” because that is truly what it is. Unlike animals, ...

Voice message therapy

After years of listening to the needs of the people I work with, I decided to adapt my practice to overcome some of the limitations and inconveniences that can arise in traditional therapy, whether in person or online.

For this reason, I offer asynchronous therapy. This means that we do not need to be available at the same time or in the same place in order to work together. If you wish, you can send me a written or voice message describing your situation. Once I have read or listened to it, I will sit with your story and allow it to unfold within me, noting the information and insights that arise over the course of several hours or days. When I feel that my response is complete, I will record it in a voice message and send it to you.

Some of the most important benefits of voice message therapy are:

  • Privacy: no waiting rooms and no need to show your face. I do not need to know what you look like in order to connect with you and your story. This level of privacy allows you to share from a deeper place of honesty and vulnerability, free from euphemisms, taboos, or shame.
  • Freedom: a therapeutic model free from the rigidity of schedules. We are not dependent on calendars or fixed appointments; you are free to book your session and send your message whenever it feels right for you.
  • Permanence: one of the questions I heard most often in my in-person practice was, “Can I record this?” With this format, you have the reassurance of keeping my audio responses forever, allowing you to revisit and process them as many times as you need.
  • Complete Focus: we concentrate on what truly matters: the message itself. We remove the visual distractions of face-to-face therapy and avoid the mental chatter that often arises from seeing your own face on a screen during online sessions.
  • Geographical Flexibility: we connect wherever you are, not only from any corner of the world, but also from within the spaces of your everyday life. You can listen to your session in the car, in the bath, in bed, while working, meditating, or on holiday.
  • Depth: hearing is the first sense to develop in the womb and the last to fade when we die. It is the first sense to awaken in the morning and the last to fall asleep at night. Our ancestors healed through stories shared around the fire. Today, headphones become that fire, carrying my words directly to the soul, free from visual distractions.
